Bankruptcy $10.00
This search will show all bankruptcies for the last 10 years. This search will return a variety
of information which may include debtor name & address, additional debtors, file numbers
and dates, court locations, assets & liability amounts and type of bankruptcy.

County Criminal History $21.00
Provides criminal record background Checks in any U.S. County in which the individual lived.
Each county charges a fee.

Driving History Reports $10.50
Covers driving records in all fifty states. These reports can include records of: driving while
intoxicated, revoked license, and accidents, and minor traffic violation. Because driving
records are held in state bureaus and have access to all counties in the state and
sometimes other states, they can be very useful for general screening purposes. Unless
otherwise specified and an additional fee is paid, records are only searched back 3 years.
Some court fees apply.

Education Verification $10.00
Confirmation of applicant’s highest level of education; provides verification of attendance
dates, areas of study, degrees earned and transcript information. Some institutions require
a release form to be faxed prior to releasing any information.

Federal Criminal History $25.00
Provides criminal record searches in any U.S. District Court. This is not a State level search
it will return Federal violations only. The number of districts varies within each state, but
each state has at least one. Federal law violations are fewer but involve very serious
offenses such as embezzlements, robbery, drug trafficking, and kidnapping.

National Wants and Warrants $15.00
Searches nationwide for wants and warrants.

OIG (Office of Inspector General) Level 1 $6.00
Conducts a search of the sanction information as taken by the OIG the GSA, and other
Federal agencies. Meets government requirements for sanction screening.

OIG Level II $9.00
Combines level I search of the federal agencies with disciplinary action information from
multiple agencies of one state of choice.

OIG Level III $12.00
Most robust search opinion, allowing you to conduct a search of disciplinary actions taken
by federal agencies as well as those taken by licensing and certification agencies in all fifty
states. This is the most comprehensive search method available.

OFAC (Office of Foreign Assess Control) Advisor $11.00
Terrorist database. (TERROIST WATCH LIST)

Past Employment Verification $25.00
Confirmation of employment information provided by job applicant. Provides contact
information, start date and termination date, title upon departure, and eligibility for re-hire.

Professional License Verification $10.00
Contacts the appropriate licensing authority based on information provided by applicant.
Verifies applicant’s current standing and acquires other critical information.

Sex Offender Registry – State Level $15.00
Nationwide searches of registered sex offender databases, except South Dakota and
Oregon.

Social Security Number Trace $6.00
The 1st step in a background check is a Social Security Number Trace. This trace provides
the critical information necessary to run complete and detailed background screenings on
any individual. It verifies that the social security number provided by the applicant is valid.
It may also provide current and past address information not listed on the application along
with any aliases.

State Level Criminal History $25.00
This is by far the most used of Background Checks & Searches of any Public Records. Some
states do not offer instant county criminal searches. Therefore, statewide criminal
searches are recommended as backup to the county criminal search. Since information
provided by individual states varies clients can view criminal record data along with a
description of what each state maintains in its records.

Workers Compensation Claim History $25.00
Report typically includes date of incidences, time lost, and employer during time of
incident, type of injury and bodily part injured. Each state limits the data they report.
